Since 2026, Bettina has been in charge of organizing manufacturer training sessions at the ATC. She particularly appreciates the combination of
structured planning and flexible coordination in her day-to-day work. Close collaboration with trainers and the coordination of various
processes make this area of responsibility particularly diverse.

Our trainers
Sylvia Schlaphof
Over 20 years ago, Sylvia began building BOLL's Training Center. In the beginning, she delivered only a few firewall
trainings per year, but demand quickly grew. Today, we can look back on an Authorized Training Center with multiple vendors and a well-established,
experienced team of trainers.
Sylvia's passion for sharing knowledge has remained strong throughout the years. Her greatest highlights are the small moments during training
sessions?for example, when a participant starts planning to implement a newly learned feature in production already during the course. Or when participants
in a troubleshooting training realize that, with the tools they've learned, they can efficiently solve problems on their own.
Peter Bruderer
Peter has been a Fortinet trainer since 2010 and won the Fortinet Certified Trainer of the Year EMEA award in 2024.
He leads the FortiOS Administrator course in both German and French and offers customised Fortinet trainings for companies. His long-standing experience as a trainer goes back to 1994 and also includes IPv6 courses.
Peter's passion lies in sharing his knowledge while gaining fresh perspectives. He finds that interacting with participants consistently reveals new ways to apply Fortinet tools.
Michael Peter
Michael has been working as a trainer for over 10 years. He started with WatchGuard Technologies courses and now also delivers Palo Alto Networks and Fudo Security trainings.
What he finds especially exciting is the interaction with participants. He meets professionals from a wide range of industries and learns more about their projects, challenges, and solutions.
Markus Muoth
Markus has been delivering trainings for Fortinet (FortiManager & FortiMail) and SEPPmail AG for over 10 years. Sharing hands-on practical knowledge and fostering interaction with participants are his top priorities.
Markus is pleased when participants are able to apply what they have learned in practice, and when he can later dive into the details on equal footing during technical discussions with partners. These moments show how valuable knowledge transfer is for everyone involved.
Valentin Lätt
Valentin has been a trainer since 2018 and leads several of our Fortinet training courses. What excites him most is the opportunity to share his knowledge and support participants along their learning journey.
Okan Koç
Okan leads our FortiOS Administrator trainings as well as the FortiAnalyzer Analyst course.
He has been active as a trainer for over a year and contributes a unique perspective thanks to his own continuing education. He places great
importance on presenting learning content clearly and understandably, drawing on his knowledge of didactics and rhetoric. As a trainer,
he aims to enhance the effectiveness of knowledge transfer.
