When do you need an service account?

Endusers who wish to activate a service contract (e.g. Hotswap contract) or have a Palo Alto Networks ASC support contract need to have a service account.

Resellers with a partner account don't need a service account. They can login to the partner area. 'Technical Services' offers the same functions.
